Derived from the upgrading of medium-sized or heavy-duty beam-type shelves, the core structure of flow racks includes uprights, beams, roller-type flow rails and auxiliary accessories. By setting a scientific inclination angle of 3°-5° for each layer of shelves, goods can flow automatically relying on their own gravity without manual pushing or additional power support, forming a closed-loop operation mode of "storing goods at one end and picking goods at the other end". It achieves a leapfrog upgrade from "passive storage" to "active circulation" and is the preferred equipment for efficient dynamic storage in modern warehousing.

Strictly complying with the ISO9001 quality management standard, the core component - flow rails - are made of high-quality thermoplastic plastic rollers and stainless steel shafts (or wear-resistant aluminum alloy), with low friction coefficient, impact resistance, acid and alkali resistance and non-hygroscopicity. The load-bearing capacity of a single roller can reach 5-6kg, ensuring smooth sliding of goods and not easy to be damaged. The main body of the shelf is made of high-quality Q235B national standard cold-rolled steel, and the surface is treated with high-grade epoxy resin electrostatic powder spraying, which meets the national standard GB6739-2006, with strong adhesion, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It can adapt to complex warehouse environments such as dust and humidity, and has a service life of more than 10 years. It has high flexibility and compatibility, and can be used independently or linked with equipment such as forklifts, conveyors and electronic labels to form a semi-automatic warehousing system, adapting to different scenarios from small-batch, multi-batch to large-batch continuous operations. The height of the laminate can be flexibly adjusted in 50mm increments, and the length of the flow rails can be customized according to the size of the turnover box (calculation formula: length of flow rail = number of turnover boxes N × length of turnover box L + 100mm). The inclination angle can be adjusted as needed (standard is about 5 degrees), and the width of the shelf is designed according to the size of the turnover box, with a total load capacity of ≤ 1500kg per unit. Compared with fully automatic stereoscopic warehouses, it has lower procurement and installation costs, no need for complex electrical control systems, and convenient and low-cost later maintenance, making it an ideal choice for small and medium-sized enterprises to improve warehousing efficiency at low cost.

A: The standard incline angle is 3°–5°. We conduct professional calculations based on cargo weight, dimensions, and turnover frequency. 
Light/small goods are recommended at 5° for smooth gravity flow; heavy/large containers at 3° to ensure structural safety.

A: The core load capacity is based on unit load design (≤1500 kg per unit).
